Once you've verified the essentials and mapped the way forward, it’s time to commence the research and development phase of your journey. This phase is multi-faceted with rigorous checks and balances, designed to ensure your hopes are translated into commercial reality, and your budget and deadlines are met.

The following stages, each underpinned by our rigorous in-house processes, are usually involved in the successful research and development of a new product:

• Product Development – from prototype to handover of final product
• Project Management – handling all R&D stages, processes and partners
• Manufacturing Readiness – transitioning from product development to manufacturing
