Working with clients

We provide a personal approach to product development, working closely with clients throughout the design process - providing regular project updates in the form of meetings, design reviews and emails detailing project status.  Where appropriate we can also accommodate members of a client’s development team to facilitate a more efficient work environment and to provide assistance with other areas of a project.

Projects are planned and managed using our internal design framework, which provides a series of set milestones and tollgates that are used to track progress and ensure the achievement of cost schedules and timelines.

Collaboration between the electronic and industrial design is critical to the success of a product, particularly when it comes to ensuring a well designed user interface and minimising the cost of manufacture and assembly.

Based on your preference, we can work with your current industrial designer or provide introductions to a number of professional and experienced industrial designers with whom we have worked in the past.

Usability experts

The user interface is one of the most critical elements in achieving a product that will be accepted by the intended user.  Procept have a large network of usability experts for a range of industry segments including mining, medical and consumer goods.

These experts provide invaluable industry experience to the development process to ensure a clean, intuitive user interface that can be easily used by users.
