Adrian is a co-founder of Procept and a passionate technology entrepreneur.  Adrian has over 11 years experience in home automation and wireless consumer product development. Prior to starting the company in 2006, Adrian held roles in Australia and Europe working in product management, technology strategy and business development for Ericsson and a technology start-up.  Adrian holds a Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).

Aaron Maher
Director, GM EPD

Aaron is a co-founder of Procept and passionate technology entrepreneur. Prior to 2006, Aaron worked with Holden and Ericsson holding positions in test engineering, wireless network design and strategic marketing. Aaron holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Swinburne University and a post graduate certificate in Business Management from Swinburne School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Sean Worth
General Manager WNS

Sean has over ten years experience in sales and marketing, and business strategy consulting with technology companies throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has worked for employers including Ericsson, Siemens and Robert Bosch. Since 2003, Sean’s work as a lead consultant has seen him located in a wide variety of client sites around the world, assessing and recommending new technology strategies, specifically related to wireless networks. Sean holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from the University of Melbourne.

Peter Griep
Delivery Manager

Peter has over ten years experience in the design and delivery of technology projects throughout Europe and Asia. Peter has worked extensively in product innovation for Phillips Electronics, Belgium and boasts proficiency in a broad range of technologies and platforms. Peter brings a wealth of international product development experience to the management team. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrotechnical Engineering from Hogeschool Zeeland, Netherlands.
