Ensure the maths and modelling are right

If your product or application is completely new, the maths, modeling or signal processing needed  to make it work may not yet be known. If you don’t have contacts in fundamental research organisations like CSIRO, it could seem daunting.

We work with these organisations and their subject matter experts, providing the engineering to translate their knowledge into real products. We model their maths, learning the implications and limitations, so the theory can become reality: a viable embedded product.

Our team understands the complexities of implementing signal processing into embedded systems, and the need to consider processing power, product cost, battery life and size. We work closely with each research partner to balance the competing demands of the embedded system without impacting its performance.

Our role is to:

• Choose the most appropriate research entities for your project
• Manage their research activities in relation to your application
• Understand their research and provide a conduit to you
• Identify the techniques and algorithms required for your situation
• Implement the algorithm into the embedded system
• Test the model, taking it to Proof of Concept stage and beyond.
